Beyond disgusted !!!!!!!! On this establishment!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, NOR RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
Disgusting place. Owner and workers don't know what they're doing. Piles of dirt and grime under pool tables and beside the bounce houses. What a waste. Will not be returning. Too bad I can't give it a 0 star.
The only reason they are getting one star is because I can't select 0!!! The worst establishment I have ever experienced !! I contacted them for a rental of chairs for my sons first birthday and paid is full! (20 chairs for $55.00?! The day of my sons birthday party the chairs were to be delivered at 10am ( party starts at 1pm) 11:00am comes around my fiancé calls and they are on their way! ( things happen, people run late! What ever) 11:30 comes around, we call AGAIN! They delivered the chairs to the wrong house!!! 12:30 comes! WE CALL AGAIN!!! They got a flat and are trying to get to us! 1:15 comes!! AGAIN WE CALL!! They tell my fiancé since we keep calling they will just drive on the flat and get to us !! ( they were very annoyed that we were calling for the chairs we paid for!!) NOW keep in mind the last phone call at 1:15 my fiancé had spoken to them and told them how embarrassing he was that we had guest standing up and we were told that we would be refunded $20 !!
Oh and eat before you go. You can get a bottle of water for $1 and a keureg coffee for under $2, but that's it. That's their refreshment bar.
Horrible. Do not waste your time or money or risk your child's safety. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Not to mention their website and the pics they have posted here are all lies. Completely false advertising. They claim to be the largest when they have only 3 bounces for kids over 3 one for Kids under 3. Only one is big, The rest are very small. The only pic of the new location and the bounces they have that is accurate is the large slide that is located outside and is a death trap. Their website claims 7 bounces were operational today when they don't even have 7 bounces. The outside slide has pathetic little mats going around it that were wet and muddy. Extension cords sitting in water and laying across the mats the kids have to walk on to use the slide. Rocks everywhere. Ignorant employees, who stay outside smoking on their phones the entire time. Several exits with doors wide open that kids can easily escape through or be kidnapped for that matter. Awful. I feel like suing them for the money we paid for the birthday party that they refused to give neck to us and let us just leave. We even offered to forfeit our security deposit but he refused to not let us pay for the entire party despite us telling the employees five minutes after arrival we wished to leave. Kids were muddy, wet, cold and two fell on the slippery mats.
HUGE Ripoff of Bounce U. If you dont live near one dont bother going here instead cause it'll be worth the long drive.
The party is over and it is the next day, I call to figure out when the chairs will be picked up &I no one answers!!! I then wait for some one to call me! Those chairs sat in my kitchen for the next 9 DAYS!!!!!!! 9 DAYS!!!!!!!! I finally got a call saying "they would like to pick up chairs due to them needed it for an event!!" I told them they are not getting chairs back till I get my money back!!! My house is not a storage unit!!! The guys began to say he is not paying me for keeping his chairs at my house!!! I told him call the cops then!!!! The next day!!! ( Mother's Day, Sunday) I come home from dinner my back door to my yard is open and the chairs are gone!!! We called all night (atleast 10 times) no one picked up or called me back!!!!
If you're going to attempt this disaster, go early, like close to opening time. Around 1:30 it became so packed, way too many people for the size of the place. Before that it wasn't too bad.
The web site is lies. All lies. About the only thing true is the price. No wifi, no massage chairs, absolutely no attendants, in fact the person behind the counter only spent 50% of the 3 hours we were there at his post and was on his cell 90% of the time. This place is SMALL. 3 bounce houses (one for toddlers only, and by toddlers, they mean under 2), 1 obstacle course and one 24' slide, which was outside. For a place that accommodates small children, there were absolutely zero changing facilities. The one rest room available was located between the doors to the inside, and the outside slide - no heat, and I wasn't about to change my kid on a freezing floor. As I said before, there were no attendants at all - I was there alone with a 2 and 4 year old, and was astounded that both children were allowed and fully able to leave the facility without me. Thank goodness I was able to catch one while the other was occupied.
