Excellent service and dinner. Had the Vault Chicken and can tell you it's the best, most flavorful chicken i have ever eaten. Everyone was very friendly and appreciative for the business. This place has a definite NY feel to it.
This is one of the most elegant dining experiences that I've had in Wilkes-Barre. It is relatively new, and has only been open for perhaps 3-4 months, which sometimes feels like the case in what some may perceive to be a slightly transient vibe for such a historical location.
I have been there twice. Neither time has the service been impressive. Last evening I paid $8 for a side of luke warm steamed broccoli. At these prices, the food should at least be hot.
Amazing atmosphere with superb food and excellent service. My husband and I were immediately greeted as we walked in the door. We were a little late, because we couldn't find parking however no one seemed to mind. One thing I would recommend is to list what sides come with the entree. At first I thought the sides were a la cartè however the waitstaff reassured me that it came with potatoes and vegetables. Food came out piping hot with loads of flavor. We traveled a nice distance to come here after hearing about this wonderful addition to the town we grew up in. Will be back again. We wish you the best of luck
Now, that being said, the filet was brilliantly done, and the hand-made desserts were shockingly delectable. Paired with an incredible wine selection, there isn't much else to say. You should come prepared for a decadent meal, as that is the staple of this locale. I would choose another spot to stop by for a soup and salad or "quick bite".
