Store usually is in rough shape in some sections..seems like some stuff is just tossed on the shelves..they do have good prices...just like everywhere know your prices cause everything is not a buy...i mainly go there for 1 item (cologne) because the prices are untouchable..best prices around and a huge selection of perfume and cologne
This place has a little of everything. Cheap and yet great looking styles. From home goods to clothes to shoes and even toys and a section for the as seen on TV what more can I say besides,. If your looking for a great gift stop by Ross. You can't go wrong
Store is clean and organized. Like all Ross stores, it's diamond in the rough type shopping. Plenty of parking. Friendly fast service
I love Ross! This staff could be more helpful/ curious and or lively but still an amazing store. They aren't rude, they're just there, tending to the store and checkout.
I love this store, except I'm giving it 2 stars because of the horrible experience I had. I never write bad reviews ever and am a frequent customer at Ross. I had made a large purchase today that had a few large pictures which would not fit in a cart along with a laundry bin. I was by myself and not one employee stopped to ask me if I needed help carrying them to my car or even just to watch them until I got back. I even asked the cashier if she could watch them for a second and she told me to find a cart without a pole on it that would fit outside the door. A customer returned a cart that was the only one that didn't have a pole, so I transferred my things, but still could not fit everything. As I was doing this a different cashier said to me "can you move over there's people who need to get through". She did. It say it nicely or say please. I struggled to make it to the door and was dropping things everywhere. Finally, an older gentleman who was a CUSTOMER was nice enough to approach me and ask if I needed help. He carried my laundry bin and pictures to my car for me. A big thank you to this gentleman, and shame on the customer service at Ross in wilkesbarre. This definitely changes my opinion of this store.
