I was here a few months back... I picked up a bulging sealed can of Folgers coffee off the shelf and let the cashier know... the cashier asked me if I still wanted to purchase it!!! I said no, the can was inspected, and put under the register... There was no attempt to inform management of this issue... luckily, I wss able to purchase a well-sealed non-bulging can of Folgers coffee. Also, they don't carry my size so I end up getting clothes from Wal-Mart.
The staff is very friendly!!! I love coming here!! They usually have good sale on kids shoes everything...This is the best kmart in this area!!
Finding what I wanted took a bit, but hey, Christmas is 2 days away. The lines were huge and only 5 cashiers on duty. SMH
I purchased several items and didn't even have to wait in line. Thete were 2 people in each check-out line and as soon as I moved to line up behind 1 cashier's line the manager opened another register ! When I got home I realized I was missing a bag with several items. I called Kmart immediately and the employee who assisted me was very helpful and found my missing package and informed me I would be able to collect my bag at the information desk. I was very relieved and very thankful. I choose Kmart over Walmart 100%..!!!
I am so glad I was able to find school clothes for my daughter here! She loved the dresses I found, and they weren't too expensive.
