Our door knob lock broke and my husband gave it his best shot to fix it. Since we were driving to W-B for a drs appt, we brought the lock with us. Within seconds, they had the part we needed. When we got home, it took a total of 30 seconds to install! We have found a new locksmith that are not only courteous but friendly, too! Great customer service!
Called to have my car unlocked because I missplaced them and this lady says she can't help me. I asked if it would help to give her my registration info and drivers license upon getting here as proof that it's my vehicle and she asked what kind of car was it instead of answering my question then said she couldn't help again. Very frustrating situation and she managed to make it a lot worse. Thank you for that.
I was in a tough situation because my car key snapped in half and almost every locksmith I went to said they couldn't make me a replacement key.
