Very uncomfortable seats and dirty floors sticky floors before the movie started. The sound was overly loud too. Worst movie experience ever.
Reasonable prices for movies (obviously the popcorn & sodas are expensive) and a nice atmosphere. Cool arcade. Comfortable amd spacious seats. A fun night out!
Clean theater. The big problem is that they decided to put the ticket counter on the wall perpendicular to the doors which lead outside and to the parking lot. There are only a couple windows selling tickets, and there is absolutely no organized line system. Patrons just have to stand in one of the "lines" and hope they can move up. All the while, people are walking through the crowd from the parking lot to head upstairs and it makes for a terrible waiting experience. Why the decision was made to use this layout, I have no idea.
Love it here. Clean theater, great seats. Staff could be friendlier though.
We go to movies 14 about 1-2 times a week usually love it people are nice. Tonight when we went they said they had to search my bag I was really offended by this what will it be next time a cavity search. This was probably the last time I go to this theatre. Thanks for all the good times.
Upstairs, the bathrooms seemed clean, and the seats were fairly comfortable.
