Absolutely, hands-down the best to work with! The employees were so nice and helpful during the entire process. If we move again, we will definitely be back!
My experience with Bekins was great, had an appointment for Friday but got a call on Tuesday saying Wednesday was available so that was a plus. When the guys arrived to unload my household goods they were professional and efficient and got the items packed away nicely in our storage unit within a couple hours. I would gladly do service with them in the future if needed.
Benkins forgot half of my items in my place that had to be moved. Seemed in big hurry to get in and out. For example they took top of my toolbox but left the bottom half. When I called company they said they would rectify it or give me a discount. I'm still waiting. They were awful. DO NOT USE BENKINS. BIGGEST RIPOFF! THEY SUCK!
The gentlemen that helped me move were professional and treated all my belongings like their own. They were efficient and quite fast. My moving experience couldn't have been any better.
