Could use some more picnic tables and a better park for kids. Is a huge beautiful area but with an itty bitty kids park.
I used to come here all the time... the pond and gazebos are still beautiful, the dike is a great summer walk/bike (the closest thing in Wilkes-Barre to a hike), this is a good place for young children and teens, but unless there are events/festivals during the summer, or you're invited to a Wilkes football game or tennis match, there isn't much here for adults, not to mention recent safety issues.

Quiet place to go to relax with tons of things to see and do: Playground for children, walking trails, sports fields/courts, beautiful pond, pavilions for parties.
The pond is nothing like it used to be, it could use work. Other than that the playground could be a little bigger with all the kids but is still nice. Nice place to go for walks, the pond seems to be the only eye sore.
