You sold a dog to a young adult for his father and they can't have the dog. Now they are giving me a hard time about the dog and said you refuse to take him back Are you serious???
I've bought 2 bunnies there and they're both cute and healthy.
Now this was some time ago and maybe things are different. Your store people were great and you can't be blamed for puppy mill practices but you are contributing to the problem. Puppies and kittens should not be sold in a pet store. If someone wants a puppy they should have to go to a breeder or a friend whos dog had puppies. If someone's dog has puppies it should be illegal for them to sell the puppies for profit. Just charge for vet fees. Selling puppies from mills or private entities only creates problems and 8 times out of 10 the animals are treated very very poorly.
I go there weekly to get mice and/or rats for my snake they have great prices but.... Sometimes out of them. The employees are less than attentive and frankly rude.
You guys used to have a gentleman on staff that knew a lot about fish and your fish were very well taken care of. That is why I used to love your store. I was browsing once and a truck pulled up and started unloading cardboard boxes of puppies. Sad, scared puppies in boxes. Someone was going through the boxes and setting some aside that didn't look well. The truck driver was to take them back. You know as well as I do that a company wouldn't take the time to nurture these dogs back to health let alone spend the money to do so. I can almost guarantee the dogs would be euthanized.
I bought my puppy here. Great staff, took very good care of animals. Had answers to all my questions before we took Sherlock home. Very happy
