Best shoe store around! I've been going here for years and I'm always impressed with the selection or service. Shoes can be ordered in your size if they're not in stock too. Penn-Lee is a must visit when you're shoe shopping.
Great selection but lacking in sizes. Needed insulated, safety toe, work boots. After the 6th choice they found a boot in my size. In total they probably had 5 out 15+ boots I would have taken, in my size (9.5ish)
I would go back again if I needed to.

I had talked to Judy on the phone about a pair of Timberland Pro boots. She said that they would hold them for me. Keep in mind, that she never stated that these boots had scratches on all sides of both the left and the right boot. So after driving 45 minutes, I walked in and tried them on. They are very comfortable and work well for me, as this is my second pair. However, when I approached Judy about the scratches she proceeded to tell me that they would come off and that they were just superficial scratches. These did not look like superficial scratches and did not just rub off. I then asked to talk to Stanley, the owner. He was not very helpful and seemed to say the same thing as Judy. Neither one of them made an effort to get the scratches out or compensate me for them. These are $198.00 boots and they looked used. After a long, disappointing couple of hours I decided to go to a Tunkhannocks Shoe Plus store. The staff was excellent and the boots were $30 cheaper. I highly recommend going to New Shoe Store Plus. They have been there for over 30 years. The quality of the boots were better and there were no scratches on them.
