Danny gave a wonderful presentation. It was very clear and concise. Then Chris was very informative in helping us get the Charter plan. He did a great job answering our questions. My husband is not much of a traveler, so when he was excited about the opportunity to buy 30 trips, at the cost of 2 trips to his dream destination, I was totally shocked! He is so excited about using the trips. His dream is to go to Hawaii, so I think that will be our first trip next fall
To be completely honest, I expected to come to the presentation, sit through a meeting with a sales agent, buy nothing and walk away with my tablet and free trip. Your team at your King of Prussia office totally changed that through their straight-forward, considerate approach. First, a warm greeting from Cass at the front desk. Then Kyle's concise, informative presentation, the comment that broke initial resistance - "This is NOT a timeshare". With my situation, when he presented the financial commitments, I knew there was no way I could afford it, no matter how wonderful the product. I told Tracy that when we sat down afterward. Again, no pressure, no brow beating, instead, understanding. Tracy still presented what she had to tell me as part if her job, and we had a wonderful conversation about our respective kids. Amanda blew me away however. She offered me a smaller package at a monthly payment I could afford, while still providing the benefits of a charter membership. Tracy was even surprised at what Amanda presented. I am very happy to be your customer and I'm looking forward to sharing the benefits with my kids and others. You have a great product, but it pales in comparison to the professionalism, quality and compassion exhibited by your staff I met last Saturday - Cass, Kyle, Tracy and Amanda.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the introduction of the company, and would definitely recommend to people who travel frequently. Although we did not sign up for any packages, I totally wish i did, but at the moment I have some important priorities to tend to.
