Unintelligent doctors and staff working with 1970's ideas or worse. They have screwed me and my acquaintances over, more than once. Scum workers can't get fired, and employ lowest-bidder doctors, which is why all the doctors are foreigners, which is ok I am not bashing foreigners, it's just that as a doctor why would you pick the lowest paying gig around? AVOID THIS PLACE, PLEASE. The social workers are disproportionately sociopaths when compared to tbe rest of this area of work in other institutions, not all, but a lot. They like the power of not being able to get fired and the pleasure of doing as they please with other peoples lives. Left me for dead on more than one occasion. Stole from me also, stole a friend's jewelry and money then got rid of her when she voiced up about it. This place should be shut down immediately.

A heinous excuse for a hospital. It took 11 years and a senatorial investigation to get an ankle brace. Dr Philbin, my pcp, refused to sign a medial certificate to keep my water from being shut off ( I am 100% disabled) no doctor there has ever done anything for me, except dental, they're good, but this hospital needs to be shut down. The social workers are so worthless, they should be in jail. I can go on forever, it took 5 years to get a neck X-ray, they are still denying me physical therapy and if you need diapers, they would rather see you soil yourself for 11 years then mail you some.
- Recently had a colonoscopy at the VA despite being Warned by an ER nurse friend of mine, I didn't listen - I should have. I wasn't even groggy let alone asleep like everyone one I had ever had before. When I complained the Doctor yelled at the nurse because he was mad at me. I should have offered to switch places with him.
I enjoy my VA. Honest and always take care of my issues timely and efficiently. Dental clinic is outstanding! Great team
Yes some things need to be tweaked as most VA's however, overall compared to Montrose VA in NY, Salisbury VA in NC. This VA and the staff get two thumbs up I've had only a few unpleasant experiences at this VA compared to other VA's I've been too.
