You make an appointment and you sit for over an hour waiting for someone to show up behind the counter. When they do, it is clear they completely hate their lives and are miserable. Very terrible experience
rushing around to get someone's paperwork together so they can get their license back, we go there on a Friday, sry cant get a license on a Friday, sry closed on Sat (when you can get a license) due to the Holiday on s Monday, sry Monday we are closed too I have never seen anything like this in my Life they should have not closed on Sat so that means the people who work giving licenses have 5 days off Where can I get a job like this smh THIS ISNT RIGHT but no use in complaining because no one cares and they are the rudest people I have come across only in GHETTO PA
Place is digusting and parking lot is a mess. The people working there are nasty and are always in a bad mood. Dont take your test here.
If I can I be gave this place -5 stars people working there need classes from human interaction and basic culture lessons. Sorry to see my tax money waste for such a state facilities . Rebrand rehire all stuff and start with smile .
Went in mid day tuesday it was a crazy experience,went to transfer my out of state id to pa id and had no one to dirrect you to fill out the right form,me filling out the wrong form put the teller in a bad mood because im supposed to know by the time i get to him,then waiting period was 4 hour cause the photo machines broke down,and technical support,went to lunch and we were waiting and with no notification for malfunction til the technical support returned from lunch,the photo lady was polite but i would to if i got 4 hours pay for not actually working and by that time it was close to closing time.A disaster for the others left behind that day.
