Other than that, the pizza was alright. The forgetting a pie and attitude of the first driver ruined this experience though.
Personally i think that Domino's has the best food and i have never had a problem with my order with this specific restaurant. They always arrive when they say they will as well. Very good customer service. Also some may say that the delivery time is SO SLOW!!! But honestly pizza shops can get busy, so just deal with it. You are not going to die if your food doesn't come in 10 minutes.
Unless I specifically include a note asking them not to mess up my order, they mess up my order without fail every time. On the plus side, they are really good about making their mistakes right with a replacement pizza, so it's almost like I have an ongoing 2-for-1 deal, but the frustration of dealing with the same exact mistake every time almost makes it not worth it.
Online said "Jeffrey" made my pizza and it is good as hell. Never was a huge fan of domino's until frequenting this place, it's just slamming good food.. fresh, and Jeff makes a really great pizza.
Please, take 10 seconds to actually verify what you're sending out matches the order stickers you put on the sides of your boxes. I'd rather have my order right the first time than the free pizza. Thanks.
Took about an hour to show up after ordering. They forget one of our pizzas that was already paid for. The delivery driver, after getting the tip and walking away, tells us we have to call the store to get the pizza we already bought and waited for. Calling the store revealed that the pizza was still there, sitting on the counter, and they'd send it out. About 45 minutes later the pepperoni and mushroom finally arrives, brought by a different driver (who was much nicer). To compensate they gave us a laughably small, single person soda.
I would give more stars, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order pizza from THIS Domino's (which btw is at least 5 times a month), I always ask for my pizza to be "square cut" instead of "pie cut", and EVERY SINGLE TIME they cut it wrong!!! I've even tried calling the store and speaking to an actual person after ordering online, asking them to please cut it into squares instead of triangles, and they still somehow manage to mess it up and cut it wrong!!! I have NEVER had this problem with any other Domino's! Why is " square cut "an option when ordering online, if they won't actually do it? Please cut my pizza the way I prefer and ask for it to be cut, and I would be happy to give you more stars!
