Charles, the rental agent, is extremely unprofessional. Becomes hostile when you extend your rental. Location charged $75 as a "cleaning fee" for vacuuming the car. I used to work for Avis' competitor. That's not acceptable. Never again. You'd think a location with all their competitors literally steps away wouldn't try these games. However, Charles does it.

After reserving a rental truck online, agreeing to a price, and submitting my credit card information, I showed up at the time I agreed to pick up the truck at this location which is an independently and locally owned business. They clerk was about 16 years old and couldnt properly run a credit card machine. Mustve been the business owners daughter because when he walked in the door, he had an attitude with me because I asked the clerk to retry because I knew the card was sufficient. The owner has a bad attitude towards customers and doesnt deserve to earn the business of good people.
Try calling them. It's almost impossible to talk to a local branch.
