I loved the deals they had but now they stopped them. What's with that?

Refer Local is a great site that connects all different types of businesses with consumers. From a business perspective, you can reach consumers with deals and coupon offerings while giving a more in depth presence to create more connection with a business page that allows consumers to see your photos, videos, and additional links to social media. For a consumer, you can go on the site and get great deals and learn more about a local business that you may want to research before making an initial visit. Overall, Refer Local gives small to large businesses an opportunity to connect with consumers in many different ways and the consumer benefits through being able to get a better idea of a business through different media levels. It's a win-win!
Not a huge fan of writing negative reviews. This is my first, but maybe Ill get a phone call back this time?
I placed an add with the classified section, and selected a news paper for it to be published in. The add was posted to the website but never made it to the paper. After five phone calls and three e-mails the "classified department" (which I'm not sure exists) has yet to call or e-mail me back. The phone number they have listed for the classifieds automatically directs me to the deals section. The people in the deals section say they have passed my message along to some one in the classified section, and the same story goes with the e-mails. The last phone call I made I asked for a supervisor or manager (in the deals section). He told me that there is not a direct e-mail or phone number to the classified section. He couldn't even give me a name. I asked if they were in the same building. He said no. So I'm not exactly sure what kind of stunt this company is trying to pull.
My suggestion to any one that wants to use the newspaper for some local advertisement is to call the paper directly. I should have done this from the beginning.

For the record I would put money down that the positive reviews here are fake.
Referlocal needs to find a better way for customers to reach them, especially on weekends.
I've purchased Timbers Buffet coupons before without an issue. I bought two more on May 4 and it was taken out of my bank account but not redeemable on the ReferLocal website. It shows no such purchase so I had to purchase two more just so I could take my son to eat for Mothers Day. I still have no way to contact Referlocal. The contact information I'll give '0' STARS but I'll give Timbers Restaurant 5 stars for food.
