The food and prices are great. My waitress Donna was top notch. She was attentive, hospitable and truly made the experience one that I will remember. I will definitely ask for her again and would recommend her to anyone. I applaud her as she stated she has been there for fifteen years and she still exudes the enthusiasm of someone fresh in the door!
The food was good, but the restaurant was not clean at all. When we walked in, there were at least 4 tables around us that weren't cleaned for almost the entire time we were there. Our table was never wiped down and most of the staff were sitting around.
Slow service at lunch with only a few people there. I ordered a soup and sandwiche lunch it took almost 15 minutes to get the soup and it was only warm I told the waitress and she brought another soup and it was slightly warmer than the other one. I asked about the sandwich she said it'll be right out. It came out and the fries were only warm. Doesn't chili's serve hot food for lunch? I won't be going back again.
Staff was great. The food was good and prepared properly. There was a so much food needed to go boxes.
Service was good. New menu choices are poor. Food was entirely too salty. Requested a medium burger - waitress states "we don't do that." HUH???? Got a well done burger, burnt on the edges. Terrible. Never again.
