We always have a good time esp since they finally got some new games n the food is a lot better now
Food good. Men's room was filthy. Toilets haven't been cleaned or sanitized for some time.
Pleasant workers and a clean game area. Granted I only go during their off hours. This place still uses the Chuck E. Cheese quarters which is part of the fun for my kids and they have a lot more games than other places. Please don't switch to the PlayPass cards! They're a rip off, if you get to close to the scanning part it will scan even if its in your pocket! They have my business until August, which is when they are suppose to be switching.
Staff has this place in a state of chaos. Staff does not care about kids. Safer to let your kids play in the street, any street. My Daughter had been robbed, staff said " if you even set your stuff down, its as good as gone" The staff is incapable of resolving a simple issue. They allowed a child to be robbed at her birthday, and said "there is nothing they could do" The management was utterly incompetent. She differed blame, and did not resolve the issue. She went further by causing a massive fit crying and yelling "i can't handle it" embarrassing staff from top to bottom.
Great place for kid parties. Reasonably priced and pizza isnt horrible
