We decided on the Nissan Rouge after much debate between a couple different models. It was big enough and the price was fair. Extended warranty options were a plus, but of course, additional costs. We don’t ever purchase without the option, it’s too important of a purchase to go cheap in regards to warranties. Vehicles were mostly clean. I would’ve loved more of a variety, but as the Manager explained the night before, just because they don’t have it onsite, it doesn’t mean they don’t have it available..it CAN be moved to the location for you, we just didn’t want to wait. I would purchase with this team again. You are greeted in a friendly manner when you first walk in, but they aren’t aggressive and clingy like other lots. Managers from both days were super friendly and seemed to appreciate the business. It’s a great team at this location, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
We were offered an incredible amount of help and patience from a young lady named Felicia DeMilta. She was very professional, easy-going and chatty, we loved that she was a PERSON and not the typical sales person you might experience at other dealerships. We didn’t feel intimated or overwhelmed by her, this was great! We test drove a few different vehicles, but wanted to see what other options were available and agreed around 5pm to come back on 12/5 after we’ve had time to discuss things more thoroughly.
I stopped by Enterprise car sales, because Felicia had reached out after my original car was deemed a total loss. The experience here is FANTASTIC! No research was really needed. She asked me 3-4 questions, and when she came back she had this big grin and said "I've got 3 options, but I bet you're going to love the very first one. Let me go get your new car, and we'll take it for a spin". I really liked the first option more than any of the random cars I tried at the other place. A car is a big purchase though, so I asked to see another. Fell in love with the second option almost immediately... And that's the car I drove off their lot! Took just over an hour in total, financing included!
When we went back the following morning 12/5, we dealt with Frank Redmond because Felicia was off. Frank is a bit different than Felicia, friendly but not as bubbly. We’re not morning people, so this was totally OK with us. He was a bit more eager, whereas Felicia was a bit more laid back. He was super knowledgeable; excellent with providing answers to questions we might have had regarding any given vehicle. And, if he didn’t know, he was honest enough to say so and offer to turn us in the direction of someone who would be able to offer the correct answer rather than just something we wanted to hear. This was very much appreciated. The test drives offered with Frank were a little more extensive than Felicia’s, but either was suitable.
After spending 2.5 hours at a car lot up the street (trying new and used cars), I wound up leaving the place with no car, just some business cards, some notes, and a gigantic list of questions. In that time, I was able to test drive 3 cars, and while some filled the bill, I wasn't excited. I was annoyed that the prices weren't where I wanted, options were huge, but still limited, and I left the place thinking I just had a ton of research ahead of me.
Amazed! The experience here was the best by far I've ever had in buying a car. I just bought a car the entire team was amazing. My wife and I were contemplating on 2 cars and they were willing to give us as much time as we wanted and worked with us to get what we truly were looking for. Overall I totally recommend buying a car from Enterprise.
Had a really awesome experience with them! I worked with Monique at the Wilkes-Barre branch and aside from being one of the nicest people ever, I told her what I needed and what I was looking to spend and she found exactly what I was looking for! The whole experience was very laid-back, no pressure, and genuinely fun. I highly recommend them.
At the end of the day, after having experienced a number of vehicles over the last week-10 days, we decided to come back to the Wilkes-Barre Enterprise lot because the FIRST encounter was delightful and stress-free, NO heavy pressure from Felicia, she just wanted us to be totally comfortable with our decision. We RESPECT this kind of sales technique. I’d have to say that Felicia is a people-pleaser and she’s got patience, lots of it as I’m sure we drove her a bit nuts.

In the past, I have only used Enterprise for rentals and usually only when on vacation in another state and the experience has always been kind of hit or miss. My family and I went to Wilkes-Barre on 12/4 in hopes of finding a second vehicle that fits our needs. We had plans to stop at a different dealership, but decided to grab a quick bite at Wendy’s. Turns out there was an Enterprise sales lot directly across the street. I figured since it was RIGHT there, we might as well check it out.
Felicia and Jim, I can't thank you two enough! Keep up the great work. This is truly a better car shopping experience. That level of excitement and surprise are what people are actually looking for, not endless lists of options that may no longer be available when you come back to buy.
