Not good. This is the second time that I've been there. the first was with my mother last year when she was looking for a car. No one would help her. This time I went in because they happened to have my perfect car listed on their website. I had to ask someone to find someone to help me even though no one appeared to be doing anything, and we were the only ones there looking at cars at the time. When someone finally came up to help, Jeff I believe, he took us out to see the car I had come to look at, and most likely purchase, only for me to find a dime sized chip in the windshield right in front of the driver's side at eye level. Jeff gave me the keys and told me I could take it for a test drive, just let him make a photo copy of my license and ask the guys inside if they would fix that for free. (spoiler alert they wouldn't) So I sat in the car checking out everything and 20 minutes later and no Jeff. So I go back inside and have someone page him and he strolls out asking me how the test drive was. I told him I had been sitting out there waiting for my license and he said "Eh, you'd have been fine" I don't know about you but I'm not too keen on driving a car that I don't own, off the lot without anyone from the dealership and WITHOUT MY LICENSE. As I tried to retrieve my license he told me how they might be willing to patch the chip but not replace the windshield (despite it still being under warranty). And all of it in an "I couldn't care less" tone. If that's how the staff treats you when you're looking to buy a car, I'd hate to see how they treat you after you've bought the car if you ever need assistance.

John Melnick was by far the greatest help during my car buying process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and company. John never once made me feel pressured or like I was being sold to. He will be highly referred to my friends and family.

I wanted to learn about what Nissan had to offer in the SUV/Crossovers, when I asked about a model, he pointed to one they had on the lot and when I said that the color was nice but not my taste he replied with "It will grow on you". I walked around the car and peeked into the window for 5 minutes before he asked if I wanted him to get the keys so I can look inside, this was followed by lots of awkward silence. he didn't seem to want to talk about the car, its features or options. when he realized I wasn't going to drive off the lot that day with a new car he began to shut down even more, and acted like he has better things to do. when I asked to test drive he said " I have a customer coming in, but I guess I can throw a plate on it" I took the car for a test drive and didn't care for it, I was going to ask to drive other models, but since he was so "busy" I decided to cross Nissan off my list and more onto other dealerships in the area. I actually found this whole experience to be hilarious, I have been on a lot of car lots before but never have I seen this "shutdown tactic" it was like he was thinking "maybe if I stand here really still and quiet, it will make him think I was never here" I'm guessing this is the tactic that is used when they don't think they can pull off the "hard sell hustle"

The sales staff are downright lazy, rude and apparently don't want to sell vehicles. It was only a few minutes after I pulled into the parking lot and started to walk around that I was greeted by what appeared to be a salesperson (even though the whole time he didn't act like one) . I told him I was looking to trade my 2016 Chevy Truck in on a SUV or crossover.

We decided to travel to Lucerne county for our Nissan. Monroe has a reputation for higher pricing ( keep in mind that's coming from an WELL informed source . Not our on investigation ) purchased 2 used Muranos and were happy with the selection and price point . The service was excellent . TIME WILL TELL . our initial introduction to the Ken Pollock group was favorable

Pretty good experience! The staff was amazing and friendly! Definitely would recommend!
