The counter guy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I don't rent cars a lot, but I will rent my next car here.
Does not inspect car before you take it and when you return it try to charge you extra. I will never rent a car from them again. The day wee went to pick up the car the associate was too busy making party plans over the phone to do her job.
Charles, the rental agent, is extremely unprofessional. Becomes hostile when you extend your rental. Location charged $75 as a "cleaning fee" for vacuuming the car. I used to work for Avis' competitor. That's not acceptable. Never again. You'd think a location with all their competitors literally steps away wouldn't try these games. However, Charles does it.
Don't walk. Run!! Away from this place. Terrible experience. Took me an hour to pick up my reservation because the computers were down in the desk person did not know how to do a manual form came back 8 AM the next morning for my schedule drop off when they were supposed to open at 8 AM no one is there they do not have after hours drop off when someone finally showed up at 9 AM we went and he did my paperwork and charged me for a second day after I hit the roof and told him I was not paying for a second day and that for my aggravation of having it take an hour the day before and an hour today I wanted to discount on my original bill he took my paperwork and after an hour of trying to figure it out Took off the second day but my discount was four dollars which was still higher than the quote I was given when I made the reservation
This place is the worst rental store ever. My wife has been renting for her company car. The guy behind the counter tried to getting into a fist fight with me. Now this time her company rented her a 4x4 suv and he doesn’t even have a single car for her.
