All my experiences at this location have been positive. I rent here frequently and am always completely satisfied with the top notch service provided by Laura and Nicole. Both go out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction and to accommodate my preferences. I highly recommend Enterprise, and especially the MotorWorld location.

Online reservation was easy, office staff was great. After waiting ten mins for the vehicle to be cleaned, the cleaning person came in and said vehicle was already cleaned. Maybe it was cleaned, but not very well. Previous renters directions were above the visor, cookie crumbs in the center console, popsicle wrappers in third row seat and once it was dark we could tell the windshield and rear window were dirty with grime and finger prints. Also, our credit card used for the security deposit ONLY, was billed for the entire amount....instead of the business debit card we made the reservation with and were assured by the office staff it would be. So some good and bad in our first experience at this Enterprise location.

I rent cars several times a week, and I really can't say enough nice things about the Enterprise staff at this location. They are accommodating, pleasant and always make my car rental experience an enjoyable one! If you have to rent a car in the Wilkes-Barre area, this is the place to go!
