Yesterday (Dec 1st) I wanted to do a dramatic change to my hair. I have always done basic colors like dark reds, blacks, violets, etc. I ended up at Regis and was greated by a very rude and condescending women. I explained that I wanted to to a deep Blue or a dark teal color, and that I knew I was going to have to bleach my hair but that I didn't want my hair to be absolutely destroy in the process. The first woman spoke to me like I was a moron who didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Thankfully there was a second woman there who over heard the conversation and quickly came over to talk to me. She told me her name was Rainee and that she was more than happy to help me. When we got started she let me know it was going to be a bit before we would be done. She was absolutely wonderful the whole time I was there. She made sure that pretty much my every need was taken care of. She made me feel right at home. After the bleaching process was done, she washed my hair and gave me a deep conditioning treatment to make sure my hair was as healthy as possible. She then took her time while applying the blue color on my hair making sure it covered every strand. Finally after 5 hours of working on my hair it was done! I was completely blown away by how awesome it came out! She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be going back to Her! And will more than likely recommend her to anyone looking to not just color but also get a cut and style. And Rainee if by some chance you see this, thank you so much for everything you did for my hair I absolutely love it and it still has so much life in it!!!
Rude people! Not even hi, how are u, be right there Took one person 20 minutes to even acknowledge us at the counter and the other didn't even move from the chair and the she complain about us leaving
After a few days of traveling in 90 degree heat I finally broke down and decided to chop off my long hair. I was passing through Wilkes-Barre and made an appointment at Regis. I had the excellent luck to get the stylist Sarah, who looked at a few pictures I brought in and recommended a similar style that would complement my face shape. She was professional and fun. My eyes widened as I saw a foot of my hair fall on the floor, and she reassured me (many times!) that I would love it. And I do. She did an amazing job. Thanks Sarah!
