Had a $200 gift certificate for eyelash extensions. Called to schedule appt last Monday. Erin busy, but would call back. Never did. Called on Saturday only to be told they no longer provide this service. No reason given. When I voiced my disappointment, was told i could use for another service, which i don't need. Refused to give me half the value of the certificate and got very nasty with me. I said I'd post my comments on FB, and they hung up on me. A few minutes later, Erin called me. She very loudly stated the reason this service is no longer provided is the glue they used was substandard and harmed customers eyelids (yikes!). She also screamed at me that I was rude to post a negative comment. Excuse me, is this not America? And Erin, do yourself a favor...be kind. It doesn't cost anything to be nice.
