Was told the wait would be 30 minutes which is no problem. Sat here with my Squirmy 2 year old while they skipped over me and took 2 other kids that were here after us. Very inconsiderate. Not sure what the point in signing in is. Extremely unprofessional here.
Really well done. The process (cut, dye, and style colour) was smooth and there was no real issues at all. The staff were fantastic and Karen did a wonderful job!
I won't take my family here again due to an ignorant stylist from Nightmare Before Christmas, she could careless we were standing waiting for service. Sucks to be her because I'm a big tipper.
