Great place! Friendly staff, especially April at the front desk! Room was clean. Bathroom was a nice size. Rates were reasonable. Would definitely stay here again when in town.
This hotel is also close to a lot of other areas and has lots of various dinner choices. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again! :)
After staying in a few other hotels in PA, this one stood out from the rest! It was very modern and clean. My husband and I loved the walk in shower. The other hotels we stayed at had no water pressure and were not as nice and clean. The king bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The fire pit was a nice feature.. my husband and I enjoyed sitting out there and talking after our day. The only negative would be the elevators.. they weren't ventilated well so it could be warm. Also every night our key wouldn't work so we had to go back to the front desk and have them fix it. But staff was friendly.
We stayed here for almost a month while my husband was working. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially April. She always had a smile on her face and went above and beyond making our stay a very pleasant one.
I have never stayed in a room here but I frequently attend meetings in the business conference rooms. It's clean, everything is modern and up to date, and all of the staff are pleasant and friendly. Very professional!
The facilities were very clean. The customer service was excellent. The location is really good and have several places to grab something to eat and there are a few stores near by.
