Clean quiet and great customer service. Great location for where I needed to be centralised for work. Lots of good places to eat and shop near by.
Service by front desk and cleaning staff was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable (beds were a little hard); however, they were not good at dealing with full capacity. The pool and hot tub were overrun by families and the area around it was totally soaked. That we dealt with (our family was there too and it isn't really there fault), but breakfast was another issue. The fruit was never refilled, there were no chairs, no one was wiping tables, and the food was mushy. I felt like we half the hotel was squeezing in for a bagel and limp breakfast potatoes. At least it was free.
Hampton inn & Suites is a great hotel. It has good clean rooms and service is top notch. The only downside is location but it's not really bad.
Staff is excellent, top notch! Accommodated us last minute after a fiasco with a competing hotel chain. Immaculate rooms and breakfast was outstanding!
The hotel was located in a wonderful area. There were shops and restaurants very close by. We could have walked to a restaurant from the hotel. The room was very clean. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was very hot (which was great!). The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
