It is dog friendly. However there is a club in the first floor if you bring your furry friend you will be offered rooms next to the club with constant door closing sound, drunk people , and couples hanging out near your balcony. There is only 6 dog friendly rooms on the first floor next to the club. The shower water was not hot, one dog friendly room was not carpeted, heater wasn't working, and I also found a giant spider in the bathroom. I'm changing my initial review with one star to 3 stars because the manager credited me back some money for inconvenience.
The reviews seemed right on target for this place. The amenities are great and the room are just fine. If you are traveling with a dog, this place is amazing. Your room may be in a higher-traffic area, which they warned me about, but it wasn't very loud at all. And the door opened up into an area for a short dog walk, complete with bags and garbage. In the summer you can even eat at the deck restaurant with your dog. The only thing that was less than relaxing was being faced with Fox news on just about every screen. It was tough to get away from it all while being bombarded by the news.
My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night in the bridal suite. What an experience! In-room jacuzzi, excellent customer service, and extremely comfortable bed. The shower was even fancy. We loved it so much that we went back again on our first anniversary and stayed a few nights! Would definitely recommend.
My wife and I accompanied our daughter to an event at the stream side club in the lower level. The seating was almost non existent. The facility was full of creepy, older men, who made lewd and suggestive comments to the young women that were there for that particular event. The prices we wee charged did not match those as advertised. When we asked the bar tender, she just smiled and replied something back that none of us could understand, then left to attend to one of the older men, with their cash on the bar. Won't go back with my family. There's too many other places in the area that offer more respect and better prices. This used to be a decent place. Maybe it's that particular area of the venue. I don't know. Either way, we won't go there again.
Also, the complimentary breakfast vouchers were great, and the walk to breakfast was scenic and beautiful.
A very enjoyable all inclusive Mountain Resort. They have great restaurants on site, nightclub/ entertainment and pool-sized jacuzzi with an indoor pool. Great customer service! Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Each room has a balcony or patio. I recommend it for fun weekend getaways. I plan on returning in the very near future.
This hotel is surrounded in a beautiful Creek as it's back drop with refreshing cool crisp air.
