Hotel staff was great! Facilities were okay. highway side of hotel was bit noisy if window was open. Breakfast was supposed to be hot-breakfast but was only cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles.. But they earned a national award 2x in a row..
We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed our stay both times. The price is good and the accommodations are great. Our room had a fridge and microwave which came in handy since we stayed several nights. I thourghly recommend this hotel in Wilkes-Barre!!!
Decent size rooms. The beds are full not queen. The price was good. Breakfast is just boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, apples or waffles. It was nice

I think the hotel is cheap and really nice. I enjoyed staying there. The only negative thing I have to say is that I got my room cleaned and they put dirty poop sheets on my bed. It smelled so bad I almost through up. They took 3 hours after I called to replace the sheets to bring me new ones after I called the second time. They made me put them on myself after 3 hours of waiting for new sheets.
